Barry Duggan is a Chartered Certified accountant now happily based in Henley. Prior to moving to Henley in late 2020, he was established in NW London, in Hampstead and Hendon.
He has over 38 years’ experience in all areas of office management and finance with a specialisation in the dental profession and property. In his early years Barry trained in the profession before moving out and into the commercial world for several years. Barry went on to become group financial controller for a large advertising company.
It was at the age of 35 that he decided he should try to set up on his own in the profession and build a client base which is what happened over the next 5/6 years. This required determination and drive, and he bought his commercial and corporate background to assist those wishing to set up businesses of their own.
Many clients have commented that Barry has become an integral part of their team, giving jargon free financial advice when required to do so for companies and individuals alike.
As the owner and founder, I like chatting to clients, solving their problems and dealing with all areas of finance. I provide personal attention to detail for all my clients and would consider myself to be a people’s person. I have a dry sense of humour, something of an attribute my clients tell me in the accountancy profession. We pride ourselves on helping the local business community, being approachable, enthusiastic and above all, effective.
