Most business owners need someone impartial to talk to. Someone who understands the business and who is “external” and therefore has no agenda.

We recognise that having an outsider into the business might prove to be difficult, but we can also see the benefits that so many of our clients have received. This service is provided at Director level.
The service can be delivered in one of two ways:
- Business consultancy-Typically responding to an issue or working on a project. We meet with you to understand the project, it’s aims and challenges. We then work together over a period of days, weeks to move forward with the project and complete the work.
- Regular meetings, where typically we meet with you periodically (normally monthly or weekly) and we review the performance of the company together.
